NO PARKING ON SITE Unless you have a valid parking pass. Vehicles that turn up on the day without a pass will be turned away.

Please bring CASH as the signal here is weak and the Card Terminals are prone to fail.

Only food & drink purchased on site to be consumed on the premises. Hot food & refreshments will be available all weekend from The Pig Apple, Lovemuffins, The Coach House Cafe and the beer tent from Bays Brewery.

All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at ALL times.

No dogs permitted with the exception of guide dogs.

The house is part of an on-going renovation project. Please be respectful and aware that there are areas cordoned off for your safety.

Please bring a TORCH as the driveway will be dark when you leave.
